Where duplicate accounts are identified, okadago reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold balances pending a full investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. okadago relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable regulatory obligations. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okadago login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
okadago will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from okadago that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, okadago conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the okadago Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). okadago does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
Note: okadago does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside okadago's control.
okadago offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your okadago account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
okadago actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, okadago reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.
Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. okadago reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion, including where the player has previously engaged in conduct that violates these Terms. Players must opt in to promotions where required and must satisfy any stated eligibility criteria at the time of claiming.
Games available on the okadago Platform are supplied by third-party game providers whose software is independently certified and audited for fairness. If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the game will continue according to its programmed logic. okadago is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okadago Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

okadago's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits okadago's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
okadago collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at okadago.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
okadago implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and okadago cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
